We had a serious storage problem in our new home (a 1950's house), and decided that utilising the space under the stairs was the best solution.
Researching all the companies I could find, we eventually had Tony pay a visit to survey the job. He provided an excellent explanation, and answered all our questions regarding the materials used, he pointed out that unlike other companies Understairs do not use MDF in their cabinets or frontages but 18mm thick Melamine faced Furniture board giving an easy clean finish that did not require painting.
A few weeks later an installation date was booked, and two extremely capable men came to do the work. They were very polite, unintrusive and professional, and did a brilliant job.
They cleaned up so well afterwards, it looked better than when they arrived! We have no hesitation at all in recommending Understairs by Giobella.
